I partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to uncover the real business problem, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and translate complex challenges into practical, scalable digital solutions. I believe that the success of any technology initiative begins long before development starts, with asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and defining the right requirements.
Over the past five years, I've delivered business analysis and digital transformation initiatives across Oil & Gas, IT, Finance, and E-commerce, helping organizations replace fragmented manual processes with enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support more than 3,000 users.
My journey into Business Analysis is unconventional. With a Master's degree in English Language, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of communication and shared understanding. That foundation shaped how I approach requirements today. To me, every requirement is more than a functional specification, it's an opportunity to eliminate ambiguity, build stakeholder consensus, and create clarity before a single line of code is written.
